Continuing their artsy relationship with a product BMW introduces the latest M5 ad as “High Performance Art.” With a title like that, most would expect a commercial that is weird and completely irrelevant to the product, but this is not so. This commercial shows off the gorgeous blue of the new M5 as it speeds down a salt flat and through some obstacles in super slo-mo. The result is a crazy visual performance the blends video, installation, classical music, sculpture and color in a way that no one has seen before.
