Came across this band the other day on the BBC. Being a child from the 80′s I have a deep affinity for anything creative that takes inspiration from something old. So it’s no surprise that I instantly fell in love with this band. In short they make music using analog gaming consoles. Fuckin Rad.

Starscream is Damon Hardjowirogo and George Stroud. They skillfully construct postrock chiptunes using Commodore 64s and Nintendo Game Boys. The band has a new EP entitled Pegasus. It will fill your head with images of a hoverbike-filled future. Listen.
